I don't think ethnicity is very important, there aren't any actual studies where they go out and measure dicks in the countries that have the highest large condom sales, it might just be a cultural thing to use over-sized condoms.

The average temperature doesn’t have impact imo, but diet and lifestyle generally could be the reason why some nationalities tend to have bigger ones, statistically west and Central Africans are notorious for having big dicks and yea it’s warm there but think about south Asians like Cambodia or Vietnam it’s warm there but they have smallest ones on average, so it’s easy to say that average temp has nothing to do with size of your penis
