theres no one size fits all option it seems it depends on the face and head shape. also waves are better for older guys and dreads for late teen early 20 guys

its the same thing for white people. usually longer hair mogs but sometimes short hair can bring out the best in people with already good bone structures. black people tend to have stronger bone structure and better grown maxillas so that may be a reason for why a lot of them have shorter hair. but for the average black normie they're better off with dreads
