is it cope to think you can eat 4000 calories of junk food and just drink 1 or 2 weight loss shakes and lose weight? or do you actually have to put in the work of dieting, working out and calorie deficit to lose weight?

is weight loss shakes the equivalent of a "get rich quick scheme"?

Obviously a scam. At best, a weight loss shake is just something that is palatable and tastes like a milkshake or something, while having relatively few calories (maybe sweetened with aspartame or something).

Yeah.

They do a good job of filling you while not giving you much calories.

You could also mix 80 cents of protein powder with some water and it will do the exact same thing.

Calories>Macronutrients>Meal timing>Food composition>Supplements

The only thing that really works is drugs but you run the risk of having side effects if you don't know about it.
 
Dieting is hardly needed for weight to normalize if you're chubby/bloated ... Just fix diet, hormones, lifestyle/mental, general health, etc.

If you want to dry up more and continue to lose fat there are steroids of course which most just go for if they want an elite bod. Otherwise don't worry about diet much ... Eat what feels right and be mindful of any health declining effects ... But otherwise most dieting is needless.

Plenty of people with optimal metabolism eat lots of what they crave and they at least never get totally fat

And if you wanna look like some Instagram influencer odds are you will absolutely need some form of roids, high or low, to really get far.
