Do wide, and in particular high, cheekbones depend on health?

As far as I know, beauty depends largely on health. In particular, facial bones, wide jaws are the result of uniform and sufficient chewing, straight teeth are the result of maxilla development. But what about high and wide cheekbones? Does health affect their placement? Or do they depend entirely on genetics? Pls tell me.

Yeah they do. What you call nose breathing/mewing causes the tongue to stick to the roof of your mouth. It doesn’t only “chisel” the jawline but also push out your cheekbones. It’s about your tongue posture that needs to be in the right place overall (oral hygiene and proper skull shape development) . You can correlate wide cheekbones with higher testosterone as well (high bone mass. Jon Kortajarena is an example)
