Not really, depends how wide, it can happen considering genes are pretty random, but is highly unlikely, since women don't have wide hips before puberty, it's that estrogen that makes them like that.

my mom had wide hips but my dads frame is small so my hips are normal. I think it just comes down to luck

I wouldn't think so.

Wide hips is a dymorphic trait, so the son could be more likely to have high dymophism as well.

At least that's how I would expect it to go.

same, except i'm 5'4 and 15cm wrists

but i don't have wide hips
