Sure, they share the same genitalia, chromosomes, and male brain wiring; however, when we consider perception, these two beings are vastly different.
The same way tits are seen as markers of womanhood, they seem to see broad shoulders and height as manhood.
Of course, women see both as male, but you get my point.
