Maybe a little, but it's not really bad for most people unless you're obese. Anyways, I think that any young man (18-40) that gets above 20% body fat should cut.



This guy's face looks a little puffy, but not that much and that's for an Asian. They tend to store more fat in their faces. There has to be hundreds of videos of guys with this general body type and with almost no exceptions, the comments are full of women thirsting for them. Not just old or fat women too. Young and fit women.

For younger women, lean is probably still preferred, but there's a very large niche of young women that love this look. I'd guess at least 20% and maybe even up to 33%.

It depends, I think for some demographics like high body count and/or low class women, muscles are almost mandatory and more important than face. They don’t care about visual aesthetics, they just wanna be physically dominated and muscles definitely help with that.
