You should set up an altar. There are different ways to do it, but I use a pentacle. I suggest using a wooden table. Wood, and stone are good for magick.

Yeah idk if it's a biological thing or something else but at a certain time in my life I was getting it day after day, I never saw anything like you but I'd hear someone enter my room or somebody putting their hand on my chest and I would have to struggle to wake up. I agree with your conclusions, especially considering that they suddenly disappeared. I've been in an abandoned small building in a wood with a friend of mine and even if we didnt see anything of strange, there was something off about that building, the air was heavy and you could hear that you were not alone, especially while i was going up the stairs. we visited it in broad daylight, we don't have the balls to go back there in the night. I think the place was used to hide from fascists during ww2 due to some war sign on the walls

I used to have this recurring dream back in my teen years. A female neighbor would be on top of me having sex. It was weird because I couldn't move. She was 300 pounds. And this one time, I had a dream inside a dream. I thought I was awake as I watched her leave my bedroom by crawling through the opened window. I have a shitload of stories I might as well share. When I was a kid I used to go over to an old neighbor lady's house for piano lessons. A few years before I started her husband died in the house of a heart attack. Idk why but whenever I had to go to the bathroom while there I dreaded going into the hallway.
