I have since age 15. First it was marijuana but then it moved to cigarettes then when I didn't have weed for long periods of time I would do some desperate, stupid shit. From 15 - 17 I did almost every kind of legal high you can think of. DPH, Nutmeg and Benzedrex, although I did experiment with some others but to no affect.
DPH I started by breaking the threshold dose and moving up to where I briefly got addicted to it but quit. It makes the walls turn orange and look like they're breathing, delirium/confusion, being unable to form a coherent sentence, mild amnesia, your skin looking like it's super red, phantom cigarettes in higher doses, mild spider visuals, and if you combine it with weed, extreme paranoia, the halls looking like they're stretching further as you walk, etc.
Nutmeg is like a weed high that lasts 2 days. I took three seeds (3 grams/tablespoons), ground them into a powder, swallowed it down with milk and 3 - 5 hours later I felt the effects. It was overall pleasant if you can handle the red dry eyes, feeling stoned af, seeing purple men walk across your vision, feeling like you're in a daft punk music video, bad cottonmouth (similar to weed), hearing a bell ringing in your ears at certain points, the awful taste it takes to get it down (it tastes just like it smells), and feeling sick on the morning of day 2. That's why you should keep sugar free yogurt on standby.
Benzedrex is like an Adderall buzz that lasts only 5 hours. You used to be able to find videos on how to extract it on YouTube. I just used Mountain Dew to dissolve and soak it in. I only did this one time.
As for other illegal drugs I did was meth, and that's it. I only did it once back in March 2020.
