Do y'all get cold and tired during seasonal change from winter to summer in February

When it's between winter and summer during february, not cold and not hot

Can't decide if you wanna wear a shirt or jacket and blanket while sleeping or not

I always get tired during the mid of february month, runny blocked nose and high body temperature weakness tired
Difficult to sleep, bcoz I can barely breathe, and have to wake up to catch my breathe

Esp where I live the temp goes from near 2C/5 in early morning ,minimum 11/15C in early jan to 17C in early morning ,minimum 28C in mid feb, and increasing every week

Literally 2C in jan to 43C in may

Mine is avg 10/15C in jan to avg 25/30 in feb rn

No idea all I know it gets really cold for a week then hot then cold for two days and then it's summer all year long until December/January again. Maybe March gets cold for 3 days and that's it. Florida is awesome
