I genuinely had one where i lost control of everything (vision, sound, touch) couldn't even control a single muscle in my body and my vision was decreasing my ears were ringing louder and louder, i thought I was in my last seconds of my life and i accepted my death lol

not really sleep paralysis but sometimes when im feeling sleepy i try to sleep and cant move while still awake unless i use a lot of force into raising my head it happened once in an exam i just laid down my head on the table for a minute and i couldnt get my head up even though i was awake

iv heard you just cannot get up during sleep paralysis and also see things during it i never saw anything and i could get up but needed a lot of force or willpower or whatever i cant figure out what it is
