no chest pains or arrythmias with potassium chloride?Yep I have a high protein, highish fat and low carb diet. I supplement a few things if I require them.
I usually just drink about 4-6g of potassium chloride everyday to get my potassium to salt ratio reasonable.
This is the one I buy: https://uk.iherb.com/pr/now-foods-potassium-chloride-powder-8-oz-227-g/777
Nope I haven't had any issues, theres no reason it should cause anyone any issue at that dosage. (6g is on the higher end (If you have a normal diet with potssium also in some meals) tho but it wont cause issues imo atleast from whats recommend for people without hypokalemia)no chest pains or arrythmias with potassium chloride?
have you ever bought those? thanks Caliyou can just get a kilogram bag of potassium salts from amazon for like 20 bucks and put a tbsp in a big water jug if you want potassium
no reason to though if you have proper diet
only reason to take exogenous electroytes is if you do extended fasts

nigga what the fuck are you still doing on this dogshit incel site go out and slayThe report also found that the sodium to potassium ratio to blood pressure followed a similar pattern to that of sodium, but the association was actually stronger and more consistent than for sodium by itself. In other words, keeping the sodium to potassium ratio low can be even more beneficial than just lowering our sodium alone.
