you can just get a kilogram bag of potassium salts from amazon for like 20 bucks and put a tbsp in a big water jug if you want potassium

no reason to though if you have proper diet

only reason to take exogenous electroytes is if you do extended fasts

no chest pains or arrythmias with potassium chloride?
Nope I haven't had any issues, theres no reason it should cause anyone any issue at that dosage. (6g is on the higher end (If you have a normal diet with potssium also in some meals) tho but it wont cause issues imo atleast from whats recommend for people without hypokalemia)

The report also found that the sodium to potassium ratio to blood pressure followed a similar pattern to that of sodium, but the association was actually stronger and more consistent than for sodium by itself. In other words, keeping the sodium to potassium ratio low can be even more beneficial than just lowering our sodium alone.

Having a good potassium:sodium ratio is important.
Potassium can reduce blood pressure also

My daily diet is like eggs plus avocado (avocado shit good for potassium) and then for dinner is meat plus sweet potatoes, my “snack” during day at school or work is mainly dates, dates sweet potatoes and avocado are rich source of potassium also taste good to me

Good for facial bloat and makes my muscles more pumped too.

I would only do this before dating potential HQNP women, the others are not worth it.
Yesterday I had a date with a girl like that and three days before I massively reduced sodium, potassium up, carbs down but not completely out and drank a lot of nettle tea. Lost three kilos of water.
