What leads you to believe that? How did they acquire this wealth?

I know that early after christs death into the Middle Ages, all the Jews were bankers and the rest of the western world were Christians. The thing that divided them and made Christians HATE them (other than that they killed god ) Is that the Christians followed a moral principle of justice that says pretty much it’s not moral to engage in usury (collecting interest for a loan) because you make money from money, and you get your money back so you’re making money from nothing, and that’s unjust. From there I can guess that interest is really really useful cause we engage in usury every day nowadays, you have no choice, so the Jews benefited from this a lot
