As for white men not having feminine features, this is true, but you’ve made it clear feminine features are of no relevance when it came to non-white women since you aren’t capable of being attracted to them anyway, so I’ll assume the same for white men.
Reasons why feminine men rarely look like women is because their features are often not as feminine as those of actual women & they often still have masculine characteristics making it obvious they’re male, or at least not female.
