I know thumb pulling for palatal expansion is obviously cope because it is not a consistent enough force to cause movement, but would you guys say it is cope for fascia release?
 
Not scientifically proven and also stupid only tiktok-cels beliven this
 
if you're consistent you're obviously gonna see change but it's very stupid and you'll probably fuck up teeth placement doing it
 
there's better facial exercices for fascia release
look up oscars tt page about it
but thumbplling dosent really work

Yes it's cope. Unless you manage to thumbpull 20hrs a day and more. Even then you'll have asymmetrical small expansion
