I think thrifting is inherently unsatisfactory as you’ll never be on trend - current styles don’t get donated.

I used to but probably wouldn’t again, now I’m more aware.

what did you get
margiela striped tee, just navy and white stripes, in perfect condition, ill probably sell it though i don't like the way it fits.

Unironically buying straight from china mogs. Especially high fashion designer clothing as this is replicated not only to have the same materials as the legit stuff, but also the more sophisticated fit that actually does bring out the best in your body type. I’m obviously not talking about reps from brands like supreme, Balenciaga or chrome hearts, but rather brands like our legacy or Lemaire.

current styles actually do 100% get donated, thats a big reason as to why thrifting industry is increasing three times faster than the non thrifted clothing industry

I’ve not seen it in UK charity shops maybe it’s kinda different than the thrift shops in America.

Japanese thrift culture is inherently different than western thrift culture and its usual suspects of alt 16yo rubbish rats

I agree 100% but the only thing that elevates a good looking person even more is being well dressed. So being good looking is the condition obviously
