Do you actually need to take zinc when ur doing a ghk-cu cycle?

Some say it is absolutely necessary, while others say never to mix them. I am going absolutely insane. Please help me. I am doing a 1 mg daily cycle of GHK-Cu.

copper uglies means that you used too much ghk-cu and that your skin barrier needs to repair, you can repair it by going off ghk-cu for some time and applying hyaluronic acid and niacinamide.
