If your jaw is at least decent, eye area matters more. But if your jaw is bad, it’s more of a death sentence than having a bad eye area

Eye area is overpronounced in still pictures in motion I notice a good robust jaw far more as it adds 3Dness to the face and makes it stand out more

i would rather have a psl 8 eye area, but jaw is always law. The most important facial feature by far.
