Like Tim Chung shouldn’t be that high. Jay Z and Capaldi are the same tier (2 PSL on the PSL scale). Tim Chung is like a standard 6.

Also the top is more like 1 in a million and the bottom is shit. 0s def exist burn victims & extremely deformed people are easily 0s.

Plus drago and Hexum are their own category.
