I'm not sure if self awareness is the root problem, you can be self aware but have a positive perspective on life and feel excited about life

People often think self awareness leads to overthinking, overanalyzing and a negative outlook on life but some people can be positive and excited while being aware of their emotions and toughts.

I think it's some sort of trauma that makes we see the world this way

I think there's no way all the normies are actually non self aware and think automatically without being aware of themselves, some might be, but many are self aware and live good lives because they never faced any major trauma and grew up in a good environment
