talking about meats here.

obviously diet revolving around meat is ideal.
some absolutely advocate for eating the meat raw.
some say it’s fine to cook the meat

what’s your opinions?

According to the chosen people's studies saying that raw meat and raw dairy is giga harmful, I should be dead right now. I've been consuming nothing but raw dairy and raw meat for months with no issues. The funny thing is that pasteurized milk is what nearly killed me when I was a kid. If you don't want to eat raw meat then that's fine, but if you're gonna cook it then you should slighty cook it.

That's one of the dangers of eating raw food. Eating raw food is risky because uncooked food contains a lot of bacteria and parasites that enter the body. Even bacteria and parasites that thrive on raw fish meat can cause poisoning.

So what’s the solution if you want to reap the benefits of the raw diet without poisoning yourself?

what is optimal diet in your opinion? genuine question
Optimal for what? I don't believe any diet is going to give you super powers. It's probably more about mitigating the harmful effects that occur over very long periods of time, which mostly have to do with overconsumption of calories.

European hunter gatherers were 5’11 on average
"Specifically, individuals from the pre-Neolithic periods (female average stature = 157.28 ± 7.0 (SD) cm, males = 168.6 ± 7.6 cm) were ∼4 cm taller on average than those from the Neolithic (females = 151.0 ± 6.7 cm; males = 164.5 ± 7.4 cm; linear model including sex as a factor; P = 0.012)."

So 5'6, the tallest being 5'9. Inb4 you try to point out that the study actually proves what you're trying to prove. Let's stay on topic. Where are you getting your 5'11 figure? Some shit Jared Diamond made up?

I don't Know about "optimal" Diet.
Though I think fruits are very good nutritionally. I started eating more of those lately and I feel better.
And for your last question I think food in général shouldn't be overcooked.
I lately found two sources of raw milk in my area so I will buy those and add them to My diet.
I also started consuming store-bought Kefir (fermented milk) and I feel better and calmer. You Can combine it with fruits.
I'm learning to make my own homemade Kefir and once I'll be able to make a good product I will make it with Raw Milk for Max nutrients.

Generally in My diet I need foods that soothe my nervous system. Example can be bananas, walnuts, dairy
I easily have insomnia if I don't eat certain kind of foods

No. I just do it because i tried it once and now i don’t wanna cook my steak :lul: i promise you eating it raw isn’t gonna make a notable difference to your bones or test levels though. It’s just a gimmick, it isn’t worth risking the salmonella imo.

Optimal diet is 100% raw carnivore. Fruits and vegetables are toxic to the human body and will kill you slowly over a lifetime.

Humans are obligate hyper carnivores. If you continue to pour exogenous carbohydrates down your throat, then you’re an idiot.

Vegetables are not food for humans.
I can see where you’re coming from, but how else would you get the vitamins that your body requires? Won’t you just end up deficient by only eating meat?

Everything you need is found in the muscle meat and fat of large ruminant animals.

not bothered tbh, the hard part is getting your body to absorb it properly. most people just toilet bowl their nutrients, happens with their multivitamins and their food isnt getting absorb any better. i'd rather absorb whats left in cooked meat than eat raw without knowing how to properly absorb food and just shit most of it out anyway.

not really, there's plenty of things in food that people are deficient in. if it were that easy nobody would end up with osteoporosis lol, there's plenty bone building material in food. there's so much of it that modern foods are fortified with it and people still end up with brittle bones. most people are seriously dehydrated but drinking 20 glasses of water wont make you actually absorb it unless your body is working properly.

People dont absorb nutrients in fortified food because its synthetic and not bioavailable + water dehydrates you
