I actually believe that the universe just keeps repeating itself ad infinitum. There is no karma or reincarnation in the traditional sense. You will just reincarnate as yourself as you previously did for all eternity. The big bang/big crunch cycle although it lasts zillions of years is just a beep on the scale of infinity.
This means that if you're incel or living a shitty life, you're basically fucked whatever you do. Even suicide is not a solution because you will keep offing yourself for all eternity as you did before. People often say that nature is cruel but they don't really measure the extent of its cruelty.
