It’s a very complicated topic to find info on so I analyse my home country of Brazil since it is in a sense the best culturally integrated country Ik of, it’s not multicultural like the US and Europe everyone there has similar culture with ofc some variations
But u can see the development of cities and quality of life from the regions and the ethnic majority in each region
For example this is a small city in the north east of Brazil where the majority are of African and indigenous descent
And this is a small city in the south of Brazil where ppl are mostly of European descent
All Brazilians share in their core a similar culture they are Christian, like similar foods etc but you can see race determines the development of their cities
And ofc it might be more complex than this since the Europeans who arrived to Brazil were given land and money back in the early 1900s and the blacks and indigenous weren’t given anything but even after all these years they still haven’t managed to improve their states economy
