I'm confident interdimensional demons exist because of shared hallucinatory experiences and such which have been very well documented especially via psychadelics and such, I doubt they're as spiritual as some people think though, but they do definitely seem to be malicious and deceptive hostile entities.

I'm not 100% sure about ghosts. I hope ghosts are real, but even personally speaking all my experiences have been with demons, and even if ghosts were real, i'm sure there'd be a scientific explanation for it.
