Do you believe some people are genetically planned to be the best?

No matter they're malnourished,made drugs,had bad puberty and stuff like this but they end up with high iq and good looks.

When i see incels even irl,they all care about how they dress,eat and sports but chads irl do drugs,eat fast food and never cares about his looks.
