If it's an actual ER who was rich and entitled and only got bullied (he counts the party incident as bully jfl) because he was annoying and wouldn't stop when told to stop, then yes I blame them.

If a person was legitimately abused and psychologically hurt by vicious normies time and time again, then no. It's somewhat justified.
