is it possible to hit with a spray can everyday 5min only on zygos bc if you get tons of cuts and it bleeds you can't sustain that lifestyle

bruising is fine bc of makeup but you can't rub makeup on open wounds

yeah I don't hit hard but I feel like doing it every day will do damage over time

Yes I get swellings and smash as hard as I can. I started doing it again just recently, every 2-3 days.

Stopped because of time management issues, started recently because of more time. I once had a yellowish bruise on my zygos, it disappeared after a few days. How’s your bone smashing journey going bro, any significant changes?

nah i usually swell for a day maybe 2 if i rlly hit it a lot, and ive never tried doing it every day cuz it hurts a lot more for sometimes even 3 days after the initial bonesmash
