If you apply a product to your hair, you pretty much can't use a towel. If you don't though, there is no point using blow drier, it takes way longer and probably damages the hair follicles.

No, that's a mistake I have made in the past.

Long, curly hair is the hardest type of hair to get right, or more fittingly: The easiest to screw up.

No more than 2 times a week showering, under no circumstances using a hot blow drier, and no brushing.


I used to wash my hair up to two times a day and airblow and brush it for copious amounts of times for 3 whole years back when I was 11-13.
Instead of curly, shiny long hair I had straight, thin meth addict hair.


I wish my younger self would have known about these tips that I know today, would have elevated my confidence into the sky,
for hair and skin were the only things clueless me was insecure about at that time....

Not when you pat it gently. Most people rub the fuck out of their hair and then wonder why it looks like shit.

You're supposed to pat your head with it and use it like a sponge to absorb all water.

Hair quality is mostly genetic.

If your hair is not oily or damaged and you keep it clean, thats as good as ur hair will get without products or harsh treatments.

not anymore. Used to do it back in a day when I used hair spray as well.

I just use a towel to dry it a bit and then wait for it to air dry and add a bit of hair product.
