For me I been doing it since 2023 when i fell for the james sapphire propaganda but mines are high set and have a masculine shape to them but too much could look uncanny

i have tried it twice. first time did it for a week or two (when i first heard about it) and used hammer didnt hit nearly as hard as ur supposed to. recently i have stuck to it for a week after watching blakespeaks video. one of the days i asked chatgpt if my bruises were hematomas and if they could ossify- it told me they were normal black bruises under the skin, hematomas were under the muscle with a deep red colour. ossification only happens after serious repeated blows for at least 1 month after getting a hematoma. i then gave up because of the shame of walking around with black eyes and getting nothing from it

Dont use a hammer especially not the metal ones those ones give acne and can probably cause infections i use a mallet safe and doesn’t hurt alot also you can use your knuckles but it hurts a bit
