I used to get two week long depersonalization episodes when I smoked weed back in highschool, but shrooms never caused this.
If anything it gave me the mental reset I needed to feel grounded even after the trip was fully finished, I’d definitely do A LOT of research reading into trip reports and dosages to see if it’s something you think you’d get benefit out of.
They’ve permanently changed my life for the better tbh
