evening height is more accurate cause you are slightly stretched in the morning but the difference is negligible to be honest.

I wouldn't say it is negligible in the evening or afternoon height which I claim I'm 180cm (5'11) and in the morning I'm about 182cm (6'0) that is a pretty big difference because one height starts with a 5 and the other with a 6.

I do it in front of a mirror and my phone to take a picture to be as accurate as possible then I go to image meter to draw a line to see how tall I am like this

This was when I first measured myself at 180cm at night.
