I don't understand why people keep going back to alcohol when it gives them no health benefits, just illnesses and descension.

I'm 24 and a half and only had sex with 1 woman in my life (it didn't work out because she broke my heart. She was a "liberal" Muslim woman who LARPed as HQNP, really wanted me to commit then after I did, her HQNP mask fell off). I've sworn off premarital sex after repenting.

When I went to house parties I'd just drink soda. I poured myself a large cup of soda without adding any alcohol and some MTB was staring at me coldly

I was catholic when I was younger but my family never pushed any particular beliefs on me. The rest of my family are very “casual” Christians. Like they don’t go to Church or pray, or even read scripture.

Some people have a genetic predisposition to being addicted to drugs.

And drugs just feel good. Especially harder drugs.

Imagine instead of having to work hard to get a sense of accomplishment, you could just take a couple pills and feel like you just won a million dollars.

Drugs just abuse pre-existing neural pathways in our brains like our reward system.

I have a family member who did jury duty for the Budweiser family. He said the son and the daughter came to trial drunk. The son had a bunch of DUIs. I don’t remember much about what he told me other than that their entire family are fuck up alcoholics.

So maybe. When you have everything you’d ever want in life without having to work for it you i’d imagine you are probably my likely to indulge in hedonism.

Depends how much %, and can be different from drink to drink. Cocktails can be sweeter, but beer and such are bitter

I honestly prefer taste of soft drinks over alcohol jfl…

Tastes like shit, can’t get into it. And I never cared about it and the only ever reason I would have thought about starting have been due to pressure. But now don’t see any reason to start either, I just want to keep my looks and youth as long as possible now, so (sugar-free) soda is good enough for me and that tastes better. I also despise drunk people
