I think you kinda indeed need it 
Im leanmaxxed to the point, that it's obvious that I mogg most normies (at least my UNC age jfl) and I'm still like 17% BF JFL,
but going from 23% it's a night and day, when EVERYBODY is a FAT bastard today
Problem is, I lack muscle mass. I have kinda skinny fat look still...
My theory is, that I'll start to seriously "slay", after just ONE consistent year in the gym.
Get basic muscle definition, better posture & discipline.
tldr:
I guess the most important thing is to "feel good" in your body. Im tired of always relying on face & height alone,
feeling a little insecure, when that the body is lacking the mogger factor
