sometimes I have days where I haven't asschieved anything, and I try to cope with "yeah but why shouldnt' I be allowed a day off here and there?" but then on the other hand I think about all the times I've been brutally rejected or made failed attempts at dumpster diving, and think to myself that I don't deserve a day off after all, so then I just hate myself for wasting the day after all
