Sometimes I wonder what it would feel like to disappear from social media, social circles, contact with family, and less importantly forums.
On one hand it seems nice, you get to fully unplug and explore the world doing whatever you desire.
But it seems like that’s outweighed by the negative aspects, such as nobody noticing that you were gone or caring that you left, missing out on important events, losing touch with people you deeply care about, and the risk of not experiencing joy after committing yourself to this new way of living.
Like nigga imagine you remove the cord from your PC, go outside for a few hours, and realize that nature is ruined and everything outside fucking blows. What if you come back 6 months later thinking people would question your absence, only for them not to give a single fuck. That shit would be so demoralizing and embarrassing bruh
So what do y’all think? Is it worth it to leave everything behind in hopes of becoming truly happy?
