I hate taking pictures of myself and knowing exactly what i would do to fix my face. I want to fix my dogshit midface by pushing my maxilla forward, throwing on some infra orbital implants/ fat grafts, give myself obo, rhino, a custom jaw implant and some other misc shi. Why do i have to save up hundreds of thousanss of dollars for this and then wait for it to get approved by the surgeon with the chance of him botching me. All i can do rn is debloat(cope unless you already have a good base) and hop on accu.
