Do you feel good eating less?

Sometimes I go days eating only cake and nothing else and I feel great

Only when Im working is when I need to have a full meal but if Im having a lazy day I can survive only eating cake

I used to eat 4 times per day now eat only 2 when working and on days off only eat once per day and bingr on cake

I starvemaxx and limit to <1500 calories but now I eat more because I need the energy and starvemaxxing is draining
