I'm leanmaxxing at the moment and it's going well. But I've reached 70 kg now, meaning that my final weight will be in the 60s.
But if someone asks what's my weight, the sound of having to say a weight that starts with an 6 makes me feel insecure, because it is in the weight range of women now.
What's your thoughts?
PS: this is assuming you have an average height. If you're 5ft2 even 50kg will be obese zone for you jfl
Another thing, is leanmaxxing advisable if you have a slim/thin frame? Or is there a limit to lean > frame?
