Do you *feel* ugly?

I know that I’m ugly, that goes without saying…

… but, seeing myself in reflections or in photos is an entirely different experience because it reminds me of just how much worse the reality actually is, it’s ridiculous.

The worst example of this has to be video, especially with my own recorded voice–I honestly want not only to delete a specific clip or two but my entire existence; anything, anywhere and at any time that would have the slightest indication of me ever being alive, I want it all wiped out, I would even go as far as the deep seated memories of me inside other people’s brains.

So in a way this dysphoria keeps me alive because admitting and accepting that you’re ugly is easy, it’s the sheer degree of just how bad things really are that hurts.
