Sir, you misconstrued the definition of le brachycephaly.

Brachycephaly has nothing to do with face length, it's skull length ratio to your skull width.

Both could be brachy, meso or doli. Their front alone tells you nothing. You need le side profile for that.

If they have long face but the features of the face compacted on the center (like Botez has here for example), it's perfectly fine, but if we talk about Op's example where features are too far apart, it definitely lowers the level of attractiveness
