Regular omnivore? Vegan? Vegetarian? Pescetarian? Carnivore? Paleo? Keto? Sugar free? High Carb? Etc

Maintaining my skin, hair & physique in the best condition they can be in seems to be best supported by a diet extremely low in added-sugars/processed-sugars, higher in protein & higher in fiber. I will eat meals with fish or oysters as the protein source some days but otherwise I only eat vegetarian protein and won’t eat meat but I’m not asinine about it I know some people deteriorate without meat. Best diet for my energy as well. Curious if you guys noticed your diet impacting your looksmaxxing

I used to be a vegan, now I'm mainly paleolithic-leaning.
Don't ask me what that is.

What’s wrong with sugar?
I’ll eat sugars naturally present from fruits (not juice), whole grains & certain dairy products. The average person doesn’t run into issues with sugars from these sources. Excess processed/added sugar is shite for maintaining lean abdominals and good skin though.
