Do you gain any height whatsoever or appear taller by fixing anterior pelvic tilt and forward head?
has anyone had an experience fixing it and gaining height?

Foward head is good cause it makes your favw look foward grown

You're posture gets better but not sure if you gain any height, to fix it you need to feel your center of gravity and walk as if your legs are pulling your body in front of you
