Do you get "dirty spots" in your eyes when staring at a bright source such as the sun?

no, i get floaters since I was a kid jfl, HAHAHA how many problems do i have.

i get "dirty spots" which I can describe like literal dirt stains on a slab of glass. thats how my retinas look when I stare at something bright. everything in my body seems to be fucked

nah im not making it up. i was a very healthy person until covid hit the world. doesnt help that i live in a third world country (romania) and almost died from a simple appendix burst, they almost failed to identify a common issue.
