Because they obviously value deterministic traits more than anything else and view them as markers of inherent superiority.
They seek validation for simply being rather than for what they do.
Hence you’ll almost never see guys here claiming low or close to average values in truly objective criteria, because these traits are strongly linked to their model of universal worth aka they moralise them more than regular people do.

Also, the usual suspects: selection bias, lying, lack of professional testing and so on.

Btw, 133 isn’t that rare, so it’s plausible that many here are actually around this value, and oc, they’re the ones who will respond.
