i mean losing fat completely changed my life in the sense of confidence, i never struggled getting girls even when i was fat since im a naturally funny guy plus i was 14-15 when i was fat so the dating pool had a much lower ceiling so it wasnt that hard for me to get girl since i was a naturally charismatic person.

i mainly lost fat because i was insecure about my bitch tits and that i had to where a hoodie in the summer and never went out cause i was too fat and was scared to be shamed.

but imo hardmaxxing is the real looksmaxxing. everything else is just basic grooming and taking care of yourself.

I agree to a certain extent, hardmaxxing will really be what makes a difference in daily treatment ofc, but I think there’s plenty of things between surgery and basic grooming that are effective, I’ve done a lot of it myself

Other than just the basics, not really.

Getting leaner, having a good skincare regimen, and just health indicators (like hair, sclera, teeth). That's pretty much all I've done. It's nice to think about surgery, but following through is another thing. Money, the ROI, etc.

Also want to do lattise, and go to the gym. But yeah, I’ve mostly just rotted since I’ve joined. And kept my prior habits from before.
