Absolutely. Took me a good 1-2 years after I became fully lean (with sixpack etc) to start thinking of myself as a lean athletic person instead of a skinnyfat.

It was only possible because I got that feedback from women who were interested in me.
Doing it alone as a mental excercise is impossible. We don't exist in a vacuum.

Getting positive feedback creates a loop where it's easier and easier to like yourself.
If nobody ever tells you you're hot or in good shape, it's hard to have a positive body image.

yeah pretty much I'm surprised if girls are into me and it makes me insecure sometimes like i have to look my very best at all times bc of the years of getting rejected in highschool but yeah im mostly all good now i would say i just act myself but a bit insecure if a pretty girl shows interest like im gonna fuck it up somehow or shes gonna think im ugly but ive done pretty good with foids i cant complain just me being a bit mental sometimes and over thinking

you could just as easily feel like you deserve your results more than people who were just gifted it. it's not like there is some god up there deciding which interpretation is right. or you could just not think about this stupid shit at all. it's all imaginary.
