Do you guys ever get early morning hallucinations?

If I wake up randomly in the early hours of the morning I always see hallucinations of “people” in my room I honestly don’t know what they are as I never really get a good look since I’m petrified lmao and they’re defo hallucinations cuz I see them when I close my eyes I just have to try take my mind off it. Does anyone relate to this?
