I guess I’d have to admit that the shoes are really thick if it came down to it, but I wouldn’t put myself in a situation like that ideally. I’m 5,8.5 barefoot which is ok I think.

Balenciaga tracks and Dior B22 already add like 2 inches over standard shoes so I don't add lifts. For normal height boosting shoes like AF1 ill add 1 inch lifts , for no height boost shoes like J1 mids ill add 2 inch lifts. Anything over a 2 inch fraud is uncanny and easily spotted when you take your shoes off.
