do you guys get mood swings, and if so, how do you deal with them?

I get very strong mood swings regularly, on some days I feel fine and on some other days I look at myself in the mirror and I become unable to do my tasks for the day, I believe the cause of those mood swings is me not liking what I see in the mirror, sometimes they stretch for longer than a day, one of those lasted for a week
this is bad, it just makes me ldar all day

look into it. For me it’s Body Dysmorphia, and you got identical symptoms if the cause is your looks

But its like the only thing keeping me to Hardmax

You gotta dig into your past and find out what from it is still getting on your nerves
